Natasja de Grooth and Dwight van van de Vijver crossed paths over a decade ago, working together on a project that revealed an undeniable truth: we face discomfort head-on, we don’t avoid the hard conversations or tough choices — we take the path that demands more, because we know it leads to better. Through some high risks and obstacles, our vision for the plan has remained clear and unshaken.
ROOTED IN DIFFERENCE, UNITED IN PURPOSE
Coming from different worlds — Natasja – Driven by what moves the human mind — applying neuroscience to coach people and organizations toward growth and transformation; Dwight, a driving force in cultural dialogue and change — we shared the same conviction: ambition and connection, business and humanity, success and meaning should néver stand in opposition.
