Community & House Rules

Elevisíon is a premium Mind-Body-Business environment where professionals, entrepreneurs and trainers come together to work, train and grow. To maintain a safe, respectful and inspiring environment, we ask all members, trainers, guests and visitors to respect the following code of conduct.

1. Respect for the community

  • Elevisíon is built on mutual respect, professionalism and collaboration.
  • All members and visitors are expected to behave respectfully towards others and contribute to a positive and safe environment.
  • Discriminatory, intimidating, aggressive or transgressive behaviour will not be tolerated.

2. Professional use of the space

  • The facilities of Elevisíon are intended for professional use.
  • Users must use spaces and equipment carefully and leave them in a tidy condition after use.
  • Damage to facilities, equipment or inventory must be reported immediately.

3. Noise level

  • Elevisíon is a shared environment.
  • Users must be considerate of others and keep noise levels to an appropriate minimum.
  • Activities where increased noise levels are expected, such as events or recordings, require prior coordination with Elevisíon.

4. Guests and visitors

  • Members are responsible for their guests.
  • Visitors may only use the facilities under the supervision of a member or with prior permission from Elevisíon.
  • Elevisíon reserves the right to limit the number of guests.

5. Privacy and confidentiality

  • Many professionals at Elevisíon work with clients; respect for privacy is therefore essential.
  • It is not permitted to disturb, film or record confidential conversations, sessions or activities of other members without consent.

6. Safety and responsibility

  • Users must only use equipment for its intended purpose and respect safety regulations.
  • In emergency situations, instructions from staff and safety guidelines must be followed immediately.

7. Personal belongings

  • Members and visitors are responsible for their own personal belongings.
  • Elevisíon is not liable for loss, theft or damage to personal property.

8. Smoking, alcohol and substances

  • Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.
  • The use of drugs or other prohibited substances is not allowed within Elevisíon.

9. Use of the community

  • Elevisíon is a professional community.
  • Members and trainers may not organise activities, offer commercial services or host events within the facilities without prior permission from Elevisíon.

10. Protection of the community

  • Elevisíon reserves the right to temporarily or permanently deny access to persons who compromise the safety, reputation or atmosphere of the community.

11. Changes

  • Elevisíon reserves the right to amend this Code of Conduct or house rules if necessary for safety, operations or the preservation of the community.
